Are you a union shop?

Yes, We are a union shop and proud of it.

Can you get American made apparel?

Absolutely! We have multiple vendors that provide American-made apparel. We are also a Union shop so if you need American made shirts for your union organization we are the people to do it. We print thousands of shirts each year for the local 562 plumbers and pipefitters union and we could always use more union business.

Do you keep my artwork on file?

Yes, once you place an order with us we will always keep your logo on file. It is still a good idea however to keep a copy at home just in case. If you wish to place another order with the same logo give us a call and let us know. We will find your logo and give you a price for this year’s order.

Are you associated with Gaffney’s?

We were associated with Gaffney’s yes. We still do have all of the artwork files from Gaffney’s customers; we just don’t have the sports equipment.  Same great service just a new name!

How do I get help with my artwork?

You are able to call one of our logo and ordering specialists if you are having trouble designing your logo or just have a question.

Is it possible to rush the order?

Absolutely! We love rush orders. Again, just give us a call if you need your order rushed and we will get everything taken care of. Rush charges do apply.

How long does it take to get the order?

From the time the order is placed it takes 5-7 business days to complete. Once the order is completed it may be picked up if ordered locally otherwise we will ship the order that day.

How do I keep the cost down?

If you are looking to keep the cost as low as possible you should consider keeping the print locations down, the colors in the logo also down, and the quantity of shirts high.

What is the minimum qty I need to order?

The minimum quantity that is needed to order online is 4, but if you need to order less than that give just give us a call and we will gladly help.

How is my price determined?

Your price is determined by quantity, color of shirts, print locations and print colors.

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and customer P.O.

Can I use a Purchase Order?

Yes, if you would like to use a purchase order just let us know ans we will gladly set you up in our system.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we understand that it can be difficult to find the time to pick up your shirt when ordering for schools and businesses. That’s why we offer free delivery for your shirt order. And if you’re out of our driving range we will gladly ship your order to you.

How do you make the shirts?

We print our shirts using the screen-printing process. When we apply names or numbers we cut them out of a film and apply them using a heat press.

How is the pricing based

Our pricing is based on the quantity of shirts you order, the amount of colors that are in your logo, and the amount of print locations you have.

What is the cheapest shirt

Our lowest priced shirt is the white Gildan 100% cotton shirt.

Do you allow changes to the order after it is placed?

Unfortunately we do not allow changes to the order after it is submitted. We begin working on your artwork immediately after your order is submitted and it becomes difficult to make order and art revisions while other orders are being placed.

Can you help with my artwork?

Of course, we understand that not everyone is an artist, so if you are having logo trouble just give us a call and we can help you get exactly what you are looking for.

Do you print uniforms for soccer baseball etc.

Yes we do. We do not have our uniform selection online so you will either have to stop in to one of our stores to see our selection or call us if you know exactly what you are looking for and we’ll get your order started.
