Here are STL Shirt Co. we understand that ordering shirts might be a bit overwhelming especially if it is your first time doing so. That is why we have developed this helpful FAQ sheet to hopefully answer some of your important questions. If you find yourself still looking for answers then shoot us an email or give us a call! How is my price determined?

Your price is determined by quantity of shirts you order, color of shirts, the number of print locations and the number of print colors on the shirt.

What is the minimum QTY I need to order?

We do not have an order minimum but keep in mind that the more you order the cheaper the shirts become. But we will gladly produce one shirt for that special someone or event. Just give us a call!

How do I keep the cost down?

If you are looking to keep the cost as low as possible you should consider keeping the print locations down, the colors in the logo also down, and the quantity of shirts high.

How long does it take to get the order?

Normal order time for shirts is 1 week or less. Our specialty is printing shirts fast so don’t be surprised if you get the shirts in less than a week. We also LOVE printing rush orders so if you need shirts for yesterday just give us a call and we will gladly make it happen.

Is it possible to rush the order?

Absolutely! We love rush orders. Again, just give us a call if you need your order rushed and we will get everything taken care of. Rush charges do apply.

How do I get help with my artwork?

Just give us a call and we will have one of our logo and ordering specialists help you out.

Do you keep my artwork on file?

Yes, once you place an order with us we will always keep your logo on file. It is still a good idea however to keep a copy at home just in case. If you wish to place another order with the same logo give us a call and let us know. We will find your logo and give you a price for this year’s order.

Can you get American made apparel?

Absolutely! We have multiple vendors that provide American-made apparel. We are also a Union shop so if you need American made shirts for your union organization we are the people to do it. We print thousands of shirts each year for the local 562 plumbers and pipe fitters union and we could always use more union business.

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and customer P.O.

Can I use a Purchase Order?

Yes, if you would like to use a purchase order justlet us know ans we will gladly set you up in our system

Do you deliver?

Yes, we understand that it can be difficult to find the time to pick up your shirt when ordering for schools and businesses. That’s why we offer delivery for your shirt order when it is ready. And if you’re out of our driving range we will gladly ship your order to you.

How do you make the shirts?

We print our most of our shirts using the screen-printing process but for the small quantities we may use vinyl. When we apply names or numbers we cut them out of a vinyl film and apply them using a heat press.

What is the cheapest shirt?

Our lowest priced shirt is the white Gildan 100% cotton shirt.

Can you help with the ordering?

Not a problem! Give us a call and we can help you with any of your ordering needs.

Do you print uniforms for soccer baseball etc.

Yes we do. We do not have our uniform selection online so you will either have to stop in to one of our stores to see our selection or call us if you know exactly what you are looking for and we’ll get your order started. We also hold team fittings in the store to make sure your team fits into their uniform perfectly for that season.
