We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager at STL Shirt Company. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to help manage incoming quotes and orders. We are seeing a dramatic increase in sales and we need someone to help lead and direct our team and future team members toward higher sales and great customer experiences.

Our current team has 4-5 customer service members that you will oversee. You will also need to foresee future business and be able to hire and manage employees based on our sales level.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Experience as a supervisor or manager
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients

This is a new position for our company so there will be a few road bumps while getting this position up and running but we are looking for someone who will embrace the new position and excel.
