What is Screen Printing?

Screen Printing is the process of printing graphics on apparel. Using thick, rich-hued inks, the design is laid on top of the shirt. Screen printed items are easily customized, from fabrics and colors to graphics - with screen printing, the design possibilities are endless.

How Screen Printing Works

Want to know how your custom shirts, hoodies, polos, hats and other apparel are made?

Design

Send us an idea or create a logo design with our team.

Screen

Once approved, your design is burned onto a mesh screen (sometimes multiple screens if there are lots of colors in your design).

Color

Our talented designers will mix and match custom colors until we get the exact colors you want in your design.

Press

The shirt or item being printed upon is placed on the press, and the screen(s) are perfectly lined up to ensure that the colors will line up correctly. Then, the inks are pushed through the screens and onto the apparel.

Dry

The shirts are dried at an exact temperature to make sure that the items dry completely and color doesn't bleed.

The Final Results

Screen printed items are tested for accuracy and quality, neatly folded, and either boxed and shipped or readied for pick-up at our store.
